- IP-Adresse or Host
- chatname
- chatstatus
- currently visited page
- current URL
- referrer page
- amount of currently visited pages
- amount of all visits
- monitor resolution
- color depth
- operating system
- browser version

The agent can help different internet visitors in the chat window.
They are displayed in different colors.
The agent has the following functions available
- Chat (consult via text message)
- Mail (start the mail software of the internet user)
- HTML (send HTML code)
- Push (the browser of the visitor can be lead to different internet pages)

The control window allows organization of all windows and settings (language, name,...) of the agent.
If you active the pause function, the contact information on the internet page is withdrawn.
Contact can then only be established via email form.
The spy floats over all windows of other applications. With a quick glance you can see what is going on on the webpage.
